The Role
- Schedule and allocate jobs to trade operatives across the region.
- Coordinate engineer diaries to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within required timescales.
- Liaise with engineers, customers and internal teams to arrange appointments.
- Manage changes to schedules and respond to any issues or delays.
- Keep job and appointment information accurate and up to date.
- Provide a high standard of customer service throughout the booking process.
Salary & Benefits
- Β£25,000 - Β£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Initial training and induction based at the Macclesfield office.
- Hybrid working available following successful completion of training, with the option to work fully from home.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, booking, planning or coordinating field-based staff.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communicating with customers and trade operatives.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
- Experience within property maintenance, housing, repairs or a similar environment would be advantageous.
