Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.
They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service Engineer to carry out annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations for a Local Council.
Parking 70% paid and congestion fully paid by the company
Contract details below:
- Work Type: Annual Landlord Gas Safety Registrations - pre-booked appointments via app
- Location: Notting Hill
- Working days: Monday to Friday 5 days per week
- Rates: £23.50 per completed LGSR (average 10-12 completed LGSR`s per day)
- Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand
Requirements:
- Experience servicing boilers and gas appliances
- Domestic ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1
- Gas Safe Registration
- Own van or car permitted
- Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
- Public Liability Insurance - £2,000,000
