We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is hands‑on across content creation and marketing delivery (organic and paid), while also being confident in client liaison, attending networking and sales meetings, and representing the brand at events.
Key responsibilities
- Create marketing content and materials across organic and paid channels
- Plan, schedule, publish, and optimise social content
- Support campaign performance through basic reporting and improvements aligned to KPIs
- Speak with clients to capture requirements, manage feedback, and keep work moving
- Attend client meetings, including networking and sales meetings
- Attend events to promote the business brand
- Represent the company professionally, including being part of marketing material where required
Ways of working
- Hybrid role requiring both remote and on site attendance
- Early morning and evening events included within working hours when required
- Attend regular company meetings and events unless appropriate notice is given or an emergency is communicated to the line manager
Essential skills and experience
- Instagram and LinkedIn knowledge is essential
- Proven posting experience on Instagram and LinkedIn is essential (creating, scheduling, and publishing content)
- Confident communicator with a client facing style
- Strong organisation and follow through across multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable creating marketing materials and supporting paid and organic output
- Professional presence in meetings, on shoots, and at events
Performance and development
KPIs and targets will be set and reviewed in review meetings to support progression.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
