Exalto Consulting is supporting the search for a Product Specialist to join a growing ERP product team. This role sits where business needs meet technical delivery, helping shape how the platform evolves and ensuring new functionality is designed clearly enough for teams to build with confidence.

What you will be doing
- Product design and development support
- Build strong knowledge of the ERP platform and how customers use it day to day
- Help design and expand modules on the product roadmap
- Create prototypes for user interfaces and data models
- Convert prototypes into clear specifications and developer ready tickets
Collaboration and delivery
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams
- Support delivery against milestones, with clear progress updates
- Contribute to projects being delivered on time and within budget
- Operate within agreed delivery and project frameworks
What we are looking for
- A solid understanding of software delivery and development processes
- Strong written and verbal communication that is clear, structured, and practical
- UI and UX design capability with the ability to explain choices and trade offs
- Comfortable bridging business context and technical constraints
- Helpful but not essential: Experience in manufacturing or Food and Beverage environments
- Understanding of how production operations work in practice
- Technical background that is useful
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and core functionality
- Familiarity with a Microsoft stack such as C# and SQL Server
- Experience using Figma or similar tools for interface and prototyping work
