Exalto Consulting are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to support a major UK Government programme, leading the end-to-end delivery of high-value change proposals within a secure environment.
This is a key role responsible for managing complex bids and change proposals from initial request through to customer approval, working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams to produce high-quality, commercially sound responses.

- Home-based, with very occasional travel to London (every few months)
- Initial 6-month contract
- Active transferable SC Clearance required
- Extensive experience managing complex bids and change proposals within secure Government environments
- Strong proposal management skills from initiation through to customer sign-off
- Experience coordinating technical, commercial and delivery teams
- Commercial awareness with the ability to shape competitive, deliverable proposals
- Experience producing high-quality proposal documentation and managing multiple concurrent bids
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, estimates, timelines and proposal governance
- Previous experience with STEP processes and SSDM development is highly desirable
