We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage a variety of projects, including but not limited to finance business systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of finance business systems and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Manage system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements across financial functions such as purchasing, payments, and sales.
  • Oversee server and operating system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Ensure projects align with compliance, security, and business continuity requirements.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, risk management, and reporting to key stakeholders.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end projects.
  • Experience managing financial business systems projects (payroll, purchasing, invoicing systems etc).
  • Previous experience of managing infrastructure projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working in structured project environments (Agile, Waterfall, Prince 2 methodologies).
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of financial services processes is a plus but not essential.
  • Previous experience in system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation is highly desirable.
