We are looking for an experienced ITSM Portfolio Analyst to join our clients Change/Project Office function. This role will suit someone who has previously worked on Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) programmes and understands the governance, structure, and controls required to support large-scale transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the portfolio view across active projects, ensuring high-quality governance, accurate reporting, and effective portfolio administration.
Key Experience Required:
- Previous experience working within a Change Office, Project Office, PMO, or Portfolio Management environment
- Strong experience supporting Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for portfolio or project administration
- Experience managing portfolio governance, project tracking, approvals, and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to chase actions and maintain governance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality management
Desirable Experience:
- Knowledge or practical experience of ITIL v4
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records within ServiceNow
- Support governance and portfolio review meetings
- Track project progress, approvals, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure portfolio data quality and governance standards are consistently maintained
- Identify process improvement opportunities across portfolio management activities
