We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support a SharePoint and Microsoft 365 data migration and rationalisation programme. The role will involve analysing existing SharePoint structures, Teams/M365 environments, governance processes and data ownership models, then documenting clear functional and non-functional requirements for migration and Day 1 readiness.
Key experience required:
- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience
- SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Teams experience
- Data migration, platform rationalisation or SharePoint migration experience
- Requirements gathering, user stories and process documentation
- UAT, test cases and acceptance criteria
- Stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams
- Large scale transformation or integration programme experience
- London based candidates preferred due to weekly onsite requirement
