We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support an organisational review and improvement focused project within a public sector environment. The role will involve assessing departmental performance, reviewing current ways of working and translating findings into clear documentation, recommendations and practical improvement options for senior stakeholders.

Key experience required:

  • Strong Business Analysis experience within change, transformation or service improvement
  • Experience assessing departmental or operational performance
  • Process mapping experience, including as is and to be processes
  • Stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirements gathering
  • Data analysis, benchmarking and root cause analysis
  • Ability to produce clear documentation, recommendations and actionable improvement options
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Public sector, policing, local government or regulated environment experience would be useful
