Exalto Consulting is recruiting for a Salesforce Technical Lead to take ownership of a growing Salesforce environment and provide technical leadership across the wider team. This role is suited to someone who is technically credible within Salesforce but is equally comfortable leading people, influencing stakeholders and shaping the direction of the platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and shape technical solutions
  • Own technical standards, governance and development best practice
  • Help define the Salesforce roadmap and platform direction
  • Review solution designs and provide technical guidance across Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations
  • Support decisions around standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development
  • Oversee releases, deployments, platform performance and production issues
  • Ensure security, access, data quality and platform governance are maintained
  • Support delivery planning and work closely with product, business and technical teams

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Salesforce technical background with experience across development, integrations and platform architecture
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring Salesforce teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience owning technical decisions and influencing platform strategy
  • Good understanding of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, security and Salesforce administration
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git and Salesforce release management
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator or Platform App Builder would be beneficial
