Salary: Β£70,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce technical background with experience across development, integrations and platform architecture
- Previous experience leading or mentoring Salesforce teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience owning technical decisions and influencing platform strategy
- Good understanding of Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, security and Salesforce administration
- Experience with CI/CD, Git and Salesforce release management
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator or Platform App Builder would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities and shape technical solutions
- Own technical standards, governance and development best practice
- Help define the Salesforce roadmap and platform direction
- Review solution designs and provide technical guidance across Apex, LWC, Flow and integrations
- Support decisions around standard Salesforce functionality versus custom development
- Oversee releases, deployments, platform performance and production issues
- Ensure security, access, data quality and platform governance are maintained
- Support delivery planning and work closely with product, business and technical teams
