This is a hands on full stack role in a small, collaborative engineering team where communication and stakeholder engagement matter as much as technical delivery.

- Contributing to technical design discussions and explaining architecture decisions clearly
- Writing clean, maintainable code with a focus on quality, testing, and reliability
- Supporting and mentoring others through code reviews and good engineering practices
What they’re looking for:
- Commercial experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core)
- Front end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework (React/Angular/Vue)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred) and familiarity with CI/CD
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and engaging with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- SQL experience
- Infrastructure as Code exposure (e.g., Bicep/Terraform)
- Microservices/event-driven patterns
