IT Solution Manager – 12 Month FTC (£65,000) Location: Surrey – on site 2-3 days p/w Start Date: ASAP 12 Month FTC – £65,000 I\’m working with a client who’s looking for a highly capable IT Solution Manager to join their organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of the role becoming permanent. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and seeing things through from start to finish. You’ll be working across multiple teams (IT, product, suppliers, and operations) driving forward initiatives that others have struggled to progress. It’s a varied and visible role, where no two days will be the same. From unpicking how a legacy report is built to owning the resolution of infrastructure challenges, you’ll need to be organised, curious, and persistent. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve a broad mix of technical and organisational challenges. Track down the right people, coordinate meetings, and gather requirements. Define next steps and manage progress through to completion. Liaise confidently with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers. Take ownership of high-priority or stalled initiatives on behalf of senior leadership. Manage multiple ongoing priorities across different workstreams.
