IT Director - Legal Sector - £95k - Leeds (Must be Local)

IT Director – Legal Sector  Location: Leeds  Salary: £95k  An Award winning Legal Firm based in Leeds are seeking to appoint an experienced IT Director to lead and shape their technology function.  This senior role will take full ownership of a growing IT team, overseeing the strategic direction, planning, implementation and management of the systems and infrastructure that support legal operations. This includes networks, server and cloud environments as well as legal technology platforms such as case management, document management and time recording systems. Working closely with senior leadership, the IT Director will align technology initiatives with business needs and lead the firm\’s digital transformation within a highly regulated environment.  Key requirements:  Proven Leadership experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably within a Microsoft environment. Experience within the legal or professional services sector.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading, mentoring and developing IT teams. Ability to manage third party suppliers and technology partnerships.
