A fast-growing, innovative and global company that leverages data to drive strategic decision-making, are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Data & Analytics. The Head of Data & Analytics will lead their data function, optimize their data strategy, and enhance their analytics capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of data and drive real business impact. This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to work from one of their sites 3 days a week, this could be in the UK or across their various sites across Europe. Sites across the UK are in the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire.
The Role
- Develop and implement a data strategy that supports business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data professionals, including a Data Architect and a BI Analyst/Report Builder.
- Oversee data architecture, governance, and analytics to enhance business performance.
- Ensure compliance with data regulations and security best practices.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data deliverables.
- Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insights.
