  • Design and produce RFPs (Request for Proposals), supporting vendor selection processes
  • Collaborate with suppliers to shape and refine solution design and delivery approaches
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements and solution deliverables
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and process walkthroughs
  • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines and priorities
  • Provide clear updates on progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
  • Validate change requests to ensure alignment with business value and strategic objectives

Required Experience:

  • Proven commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Strong track record of delivering end-to-end system implementations (e.g. HR, ERP, Finance systems)
  • Experience working directly with third-party suppliers and vendors to deliver solutions
  • Experience designing and managing RFP processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisation
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
  • Experience working with complex, multi-user systems (cloud and/or on-premise)
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar beneficial)
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Background in an SME environment preferred
  • Degree or equivalent, with a recognised Business Analysis qualification desirable
  • Willingness to work on site in Surrey at least 3 days per week

What’s on Offer:

  • £60,000 salary
