Contract role (6 months, renewable) on site in Wiltshire, UK.

Base pay range: Up to £600 per day (inside IR35).

Key Duties:

  • Own and execute the ITIL Capacity Management process, including Business, Service, and Component Capacity Management.
  • Develop and maintain capacity plans, forecasts, and models for VMware environments.
  • Ensure infrastructure capacity supports agreed SLAs.
  • Identify capacity risks, constraints, and performance bottlenecks before they impact services.
  • Produce regular capacity and utilization reports, dashboards, and trend analyses.
  • Support hardware refresh, expansion, and decommissioning decisions.

Required Experience:

  • Strong experience managing capacity in VMware-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with capacity and monitoring tools (e.g., vRealize Operations).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL 4 practices and service-lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience working with Change, Incident, Problem, and Service Design processes.
  • DV clearance required.
