My global client has an immediate need for a Data Curator on a 6 month rolling basis. You will need to have proven experience of Omics or Clinical Data Curation. In addition, you will have an operational understanding of common data models, data standards, vocabularies, ontologies and their implementation within a centralized repository.
Key skills:
- Authoring/Creating/Maintaining Controlled Vocabulary (CV) to support use cases including:
- Environmental scanning of CV Landscape
- Data profiling of source systems
- Mapping source to CV’s
- Cross referencing to ontologies
- Data profiling of source systems
- Data quality assessment
