Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract bioinformatician, this is 100% remote working, outside IR35, initially 3 months likely to extend due to the workload.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis.
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably Amazon AWS.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in accuracy and reproducibility analysis of biomarkers.
Desirable:
- Experience working with the Illumina Dragen Platform.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience working with Domino Data Lab.
- Experience working with Nextflow or similar productionized pipeline orchestrator.
- Experience drafting with Jira and Confluence to track and document work.
