The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
My global client has an immediate need for a Data Curator on a 6 month rolling basis. You will need to have proven experience of Omics or Clinical Data Curation. In addition, you will have an operational understanding of common data models, data standards, vocabularies, ontologies and their implementation within a centralized repository.
- Data profiling of source systems
- Data quality assessment
- Data harmonization to agreed standards
- Applying data quality rules to the data
- Enriching the data with CVās & URI
- CV and data curation
- Support for the establishment of a data curation community including the creation of guidelines and tooling
