As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Commercial Administrator to support the day‑to‑day running of our commercial operations. This is a varied role with direct exposure to leadership, suited to someone who thrives on organisation, detail, and working across multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational engine of the business. You will work closely with the Commercial Manager on a day‑to‑day basis, as well as the wider leadership and recruitment team, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Contractor onboarding, setup and ongoing administration
- Contract administration and documentation management
- Purchase Order (PO) tracking and management
- Coordination of events and client roundtables
- Acting as a point of contact for client queries and communications
- Administrative support to the recruitment team
- PA support to the business owners
- Marketing support, including coordination and execution of campaigns
- Proofreading and quality assurance of external content and communications
Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A structured, methodical approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- High level of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working across both operational and client‑facing activities
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting in a commercial environment
About You
You are highly organised, dependable, and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You are comfortable working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, while also being confident engaging with clients and internal stakeholders when needed. You value clarity, consistency, and accountability, and you are comfortable taking ownership of your work in a commercial environment.
Working Pattern
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Leeds office. The role is full‑time but we would also consider candidates looking for 30+ hours per week (paid pro‑rata), provided you are available to work Monday to Friday.
