We’re looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician to join a growing team in Nantwich. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for technology.
You’ll mainly provide software support to users, helping troubleshoot issues, log tickets, guide customers through fixes, and escalate more complex queries when needed. Full professional tech experience isn’t essential; we’re more interested in someone who communicates well, enjoys problem-solving, and is keen to build a career in IT.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Excellent customer service or customer-facing experience
