Business Development Manager
Location: South England – Hybrid/Remote
Salary: £80,000 per annum, plus commission
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the next phase of growth. This role is suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping meaningful client partnerships from the ground up.
This is a consultative business development role focused on value and impact, not volume. You will work closely with internal teams to align our capabilities with client needs, helping to deliver high-quality digital and technology services that make a difference.
A competitive base salary is offered, along with commission payable on each deal you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and nurture new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead the full business development cycle from initial contact to proposal and close

  • Experience working with both public and private sector clients is desirable
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and build momentum from scratch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
