We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a range of client projects, with the initial focus being an intranet project. This role would suit someone with a broad BA background who is comfortable working across multiple workstreams, picking up new areas quickly and operating in a consulting style environment.

The initial project will involve supporting the delivery of a new intranet, working with business users, technical teams and key stakeholders to understand requirements, define user needs, map current processes and support delivery through design, testing and rollout.

Key experience:

  • Senior Business Analyst experience across digital, technology or business change projects
  • Consulting experience or experience working across varied client environments
  • Experience supporting intranet, employee portal, digital workplace or internal communications projects
  • Able to work across multiple projects or workstreams at the same time
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and requirements gathering experience
  • Experience producing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and supporting documentation
  • Comfortable working with technical teams, content owners, business users and senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting UAT, business readiness, adoption and rollout activity

This role would suit a flexible Senior BA who enjoys variety, can work with ambiguity and is comfortable supporting both business and technology focused projects.
