Overview
Exalto Consulting is supporting a major healthcare technology programme responsible for maintaining and evolving services that form part of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure. This opportunity sits within a specialist engineering team supporting a large-scale national platform to securely exchange information between systems, organisations and professionals. The environment is highly secure, high-availability and operationally critical, supporting services that millions of people rely on every day.
The team owns and operates core platform services as well as supporting other engineering teams to deliver secure applications and services onto the wider platform. Alongside maintaining reliability and resilience, there is a strong focus on improving engineering standards, platform capabilities, automation and developer experience across the estate.
We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong software engineering background who enjoys working across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD.
