Automation Test Manager

Test Manager – Outside IR35 – 6 Months. I have an urgent need for a test manager on a 6 month basis, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following – 1. Test Strategy & Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Refine and fine tune our current Test Strategies and Programme Test Plans for industrial automation software (functional, performance, security, and safety testing). Lead a team of QA engineers, automation testers, and QA Analysts across multiple projects. 2. Test Planning, Process & Execution Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Take ownership of Integration testing(Offsite, Onsite, E2E, Interface), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing . Manage hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing for Automation PLC/SCADA systems. 3. Automation & Tooling Oversee test automation (UI, API, and protocol-level testing) using Automation tools. Work with Automation Leads and agree with frameworks.
