We are looking for a Permanent 1st Line Software Support Analyst to work for an industry leading software company. The position is 5 days p/w on site in Middlewich, paying £26k + benefits.
You will:
- Provide product support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets
- Be comfortable with customer support / service
- Undergo training on a bespoke product
- Have some understanding of software packages
