We are looking for an ITSM Consultant to join a growing digital transformation consultancy delivering ITSM and ESM implementations for major UK organisations across sectors including financial services, government and defence.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as a ServiceNow Administrator who is ready to take the next step into a client-facing consulting role, working on larger-scale, enterprise ServiceNow environments.

The Role

You will work alongside experienced consultants, taking ownership of defined areas of delivery while developing your consulting and technical capability. Responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM / ESM modules
  • Supporting end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades
  • Assisting with integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Supporting discovery, automation and service improvement initiatives
  • Working with clients to understand requirements and translate them into platform configurations
  • Contributing to agile delivery activities, including user stories and sprint support

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with:

  • Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a junior ServiceNow role
  • Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL concepts (ITIL Foundation desirable)
  • Experience configuring workflows, forms, catalog items and business rules
  • Basic experience or exposure to REST / SOAP APIs (or a strong willingness to learn)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in agile or project-based environments (desirable, not essential)
