Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract service architect, this is inside IR35 paying £450 per day and will need to go to client site in London 2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and assure coherent, end‑to‑end Day‑1 services across EUC, IT Services, Print, and Insights & Analytics, ensuring clear service boundaries and proactively addressing gaps and fragmentation risks to prevent early‑life failure costs, support rapid service stabilisation and enable a consistent user experience from Day‑1.
  • Day‑1 Service Design Blueprints: Clearly defined, end‑to‑end service designs that enable consistent user experience, clear accountability, and operational readiness from Day‑1.
  • Business and Technology Capability Gap Assessment: Evidence‑based assessment identifying capability gaps, integration risks, and dependencies that could impact Day‑1 service continuity, with prioritised mitigation actions.
  • Day‑1 Service Support and Operating Model: A pragmatic Day‑1 support model defining service boundaries, ownership, escalation paths, and supplier interactions to minimise disruption and support early‑life stabilisation.
  • Service Readiness and Coherence Assurance Inputs: Assurance artefacts and recommendations confirming that Day‑1 services are coherent, supportable, and aligned to agreed Day‑1 principles, avoiding unnecessary complexity or post‑Day‑1 dependencies.
