We are looking for an experienced ITSM Demand Analyst to join our clients Change / Project Office function. This role will suit someone who has previously worked on Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) programmes and understands how to manage demand governance, process controls, and portfolio transition activities within complex transformation environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and maintaining the demand pipeline, ensuring all demands are accurately captured, governed, and transitioned effectively into delivery.
Key Experience Required:- Previous experience working within a Change Office, Project Office, PMO, or Demand Management environment
- Strong experience supporting Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for demand or project administration
- Experience managing governance, approvals, dependencies, and demand tracking processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to chase actions and maintain governance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality management
- Knowledge or practical experience of ITIL v4
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date demand records within ServiceNow
- Support governance and Demand Management Group meetings
- Track demand progress, approvals, risks, and dependencies
- Support the transition of approved demand into project or portfolio delivery
- Ensure demand data quality and governance standards are consistently maintained
- Identify process improvement opportunities across demand management activities
