Exalto Consulting are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager to support a major SAP transformation programme. This role will be responsible for planning, governing and leading programme-wide cutover activity, including deployment readiness, mock cutovers, Go/No-Go governance, command centre activity, rollback planning and transition into hypercare.

Key details:

  • Contract role
  • Inside IR35
  • Hybrid working, with 2 days per week onsite in Sheffield
  • Initial 3-month contract, with potential extension

Key experience required:

  • Strong SAP Implementation experience and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Experience leading large-scale SAP transformation cutovers
  • Strong understanding of integrated cutover plans, dress rehearsals, Go/No-Go criteria and hypercare
  • Experience across business and technical workstreams, including data migration, integrations, testing, business readiness and support transition
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders, third parties and delivery teams
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SuccessFactors, Payroll, Concur, SAP Integration Suite or SAP Cloud ALM would be beneficial.

This role would suit a senior cutover/deployment professional who can take ownership, challenge readiness, manage complexity and ensure a controlled transition into live operation.
