Requirements
- Extensive Change Lead or Change Manager experience on large technology transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
- Experience creating change strategies, roadmaps and organisational readiness plans
- Experience leading change initiatives on data migrations
- Background leading integrated change, communications and training activities
- Ability to provide strategic direction across complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Experience working with M365 and SharePoint

We are recruiting an experienced Change Lead to support a large‑scale technology transformation and data migration programme. This is a strategic leadership role where we will work together to guide the organisation through a structured journey of change, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption to Day‑1 operations. The role is offered inside IR35 at £450 per day on a hybrid basis for 6 months. We are looking for someone who can shape the overall approach, roadmap and engagement strategy that drives successful adoption across the programme.
