We have an urgent need for a LIMS/ELN Business Analyst (Scientific BA) to act as the bridge between scientists and digital solutions, ensuring lab workflows are correctly captured and implemented within LIMS/ELN platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document requirements from scientific teams
  • Map biologics, chemistry, and analytical development workflows
  • Translate lab processes into system requirements
  • Support LIMS / ELN implementations
  • Work with vendors to ensure solutions fit real lab operations
  • Lead workshops with lab stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Background in laboratory environments (biologics, analytical or chemistry labs)
  • Strong BA experience in lab informatics
  • Experience with LIMS or ELN platforms, such as:
    • LabWare LIMS
    • Revvity Signals
    • IDBS
    • Polar
  • Understanding of lab instrumentation and workflows
  • 5+ years in lab IT / informatics BA roles
