i OS Developer Contract £390 per day Inside IR35 Scotland based
We are looking for an experienced i OS Developer to support the delivery of high quality mobile applications for a major consulting client.
The role is initially 3 months, with potential to extend through to March 2027.
Candidates will ideally be based in Scotland, with travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh required once per week.
Non local candidates may be considered, but local candidates will be prioritised.
Key skills required
- Strong commercial Swift experience
- Experience building i OS applications using MVVM architecture
- Swift UI and UIKit experience
- REST API integration experience
- Experience with Storyboards, Nibs, Auto Layout and Size Classes
- Core Data or similar local persistence experience
- Git version control
- Agile Scrum delivery experience
- App Store release process knowledge
- Rx Swift or Combine exposure would be beneficial
The role will involve developing and maintaining i OS application features, working closely with designers, testers, analysts and wider technical teams.
You will be expected to write clean, maintainable Swift code, contribute to technical discussions and support continuous improvement across mobile delivery.
BPSS checks will be required before starting.
