We are looking for an experienced Contract PMO Analyst (ITIL experience is essential) to be based in Nottingham 3 days a week. The contract is initially 6 months paying £425 per day inside IR35.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the portfolio view across active projects, ensuring high-quality governance, accurate reporting, and effective portfolio administration.

Key Experience Required:
  • Previous experience working within a Change Office, Project Office, PMO, or Portfolio Management environment
  • Strong experience supporting Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes
  • Hands-on experience with portfolio or project administration
  • Experience managing portfolio governance, project tracking, approvals, and dependencies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to chase actions and maintain governance standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and data quality management
Desirable Experience:
  • Knowledge or practical experience of ITIL v4
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records
  • Support governance and portfolio review meetings
  • Track project progress, approvals, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure portfolio data quality and governance standards are consistently maintained
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across portfolio management activities
