We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a well established organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract, supporting the delivery of business critical IT and operational change initiatives. This is a hands on delivery focused role, working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to shape requirements, improve processes, and ensure solutions deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements across multiple workstreams
- Act as the link between business users and IT delivery teams
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution deliverables
- Support the delivery of change initiatives to agreed timelines and priorities
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process walkthroughs
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
Required Experience
- Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working with complex, multi user systems cloud and or on premise
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- PRINCE2 or similar beneficial
- Willingness to work on site in Surrey at least 3 days per week
