Location: London or Gloucester area (5 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months
IR35: Inside IR35
Rate: Up to £650 per day
Clearance: Active, transferrable enhanced national security clearance required
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Coordinator to join a team working within a secure environment on a 12-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating activities, supporting teams and engaging with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise meetings, manage schedules and prepare agendas.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions.
- Maintain documentation and administrative records.
- Support stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Key Requirements
- Previous administration or coordination experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with meeting coordination and minute-taking.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional and proactive approach.
- Must hold active, transferable enhanced national security clearance.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
