Exalt Studio is a high-impact product design and MVP development partner for AI and SaaS startups. We’ve helped companies raise $11M+, reach 200k+ users, and scale products used by millions. Clients range from early-stage founders to enterprises like HSBC UK.

We’re now looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help us scale our outbound outreach and consistently book calls with startup founders and decision makers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take ownership of our outbound outreach. Your goal is simple: generate conversations and book qualified meetings with founders of SaaS and AI startups. This is not a “smile and dial” role — you’ll be sending personalized LinkedIn DMs, emails, and messages daily using proven scripts and tools. If you’ve worked as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound lead generator before, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify SaaS & AI startup founders, execs, and decision makers (via LinkedIn, Twitter, Apollo, Crunchbase, etc.)
  • Send personalized outbound DMs and emails daily (scripts + training provided)
  • Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile (budget, stage, relevance)
  • Book 10–30 qualified sales calls per month for the founder
  • Track outreach activity, response rates, and booked calls in our CRM

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles (agency or B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Strong written English, able to send concise, personalized messages (not spammy templates)
  • Comfortable working with outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, CRM tools)
  • Self-starter, organized, able to hit daily message targets

Bonus: Familiarity with design, SaaS, or AI/startup ecosystem

Compensation

Base pay: £600–£1,200/month (depending on experience & hours) + bonuses. Upside: As we grow, opportunity to move into SDR/Closer roles with higher commissions.

Why Join Us?

  • Work directly with the founder on exciting, high-growth SaaS and AI startup projects
  • Learn outbound systems & startup sales in a lean, fast-moving environment
  • Fully remote and flexible — results matter more than hours
  • Clear career growth into sales or operations as we scale
