The programme you will be working on! eXalt Fi UK is in ongoing discussions with our client around upcoming change initiatives within the Operations department. While the scope is still being defined, the client requires experienced Project Managers to support future regulatory and operational change programmes. These initiatives are expected to centre on trade and transaction reporting (T&TR), with potential focus areas including MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, settlements, and vendor engagement for reconciliation and reporting tools.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within Investment Banking Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Background in settlements and understanding of trade lifecycle.
  • Experience working with external vendors and operational systems (e.g. reconciliation platforms).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
