We support them in their day-to-day activities, from methodological reflection to assistance with operational activities.
Position: To support its strong growth, the eXalt-Fi team in London is looking for its Digital Sales Manager (specialized in the development/IT part of Market Finance) to help us in our ambitions for the year 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's needs and the DNA of our structure
- Participate in sourcing and be a real talent scout
- Meet customers' needs by positioning relevant profiles with regard to their prerequisites, whether employees or partners: CIBs, Asset Managers, Custodians and Fintechs.
- Sales development: act as a true spokesperson for the company with customers and prospects
- Telephone prospecting
- Manage consultants in post, monitoring assignments through regular meetings with principals and consultants.
- Ensure reporting of actions carried out via CRM.
