The Role
As an International Sales Support Assistant , you will support our sales teams and play a key role in the day-to-day management of the sales process. You will work closely with our international subsidiaries on a daily basis, supporting multi-country market research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support and Business Development
- Coordinating feasibility and cost estimation requests with our international subsidiaries
- Following up on quotations through to order confirmation
- Project Administration and Financial Management
- Monitoring the invoicing process at the end of each project
- Checking final project costs before submitting them to the Accounts Department
- About You
- Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent, ideally with a qualification in business, management, sales or a related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Confident using Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several projects simultaneously
- An interest in the market research and/or healthcare sectors
- Desirable Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an international working environment
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
