Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist merchants at all stages of cooperation (onboarding, integration, etc.)
• Ensure every merchant remains compliant
• Prepare accurate and detailed document packages
• Understand and present merchants business models to the Compliance team
• Maintain and regularly update the merchant database
• Manage merchant requests promptly and proactively

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of B2B experience in fintech/e-commerce, including merchant onboarding
• Understanding of corporate documents from various jurisdictions
• Experience using a CRM system
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Positive, determined, and solution-oriented
• Excellent knowledge of English, Latvian, and Russian
