Growing services sector business (consumer and B2B facing) are keen to interview hands on SME FD's.
I am looking for a local, qualified accountant with a proven loyal background within the SME sector. My client are currently trading in the £9-10m TO range, but planning to double or triple this over the next 5 to 7 years.
The business is based in the North Portsmouth area close to the M27 and my client is looking for a full time office based hire.
Key responsibilities will be:
Being comfortable with hands on FC work probably c70% of the time.
Working as an FD on strategy and business optimisation projects c30% of the time.
Full statutory accounts ownership for the top company and several subsidiaries that are being added to house new ventures.
Optimising the finance team structure.
Cost optimisation
Developing, with the directors, live data dashboards using modern APIs across a suite of sector specific software and Xero as the financial platform.
Using financial data and business instinct to help this growth journey leverage profit.
