Known for an entrepreneurial spirit and client-first approach, they specialise in supporting Owner-Managed Businesses (OMBs), high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and dynamic SMEs. They are now looking for an ambitious Mixed Tax Manager or Senior Manager (20-25% Corporate Tax and 75-80% personal) to oversee a diverse portfolio and lead our expanding tax team.
The Role
As a Mixed Tax Manager, you will manage a varied portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients. This is an all-round role blending high-level compliance management with complex technical advisory projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and play a key role in mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Advisory Projects: Assist Partners in delivering high-value tax planning and advisory services, including corporate reorganisations, research and development (R D) tax credits, EMI share options, CGT planning, and IHT planning.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse client portfolio consisting of OMBs and HNWIs.
