This role involves engaging with clients to promote our compliance solutions, primarily focusing on Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) prevention and management. Grow the HAV Sentry business by maximising market exposure, delivering customer insight, managing compliance activities and supporting long-term sustainable growth through proactive customer engagement, digital leadership and structured business development.

Objectives of this role:

  • Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Position HAV Sentry as a recognised market leader through strong customer relationships and digital presence.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM management through HubSpot and internal communication systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop strategic customer relationships within target sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and routes to market across manufacturing and related industries.
  • Conduct regular customer demonstrations both online and face-to-face.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and customer records within HubSpot.
  • Support marketing campaigns.
