As the company enters its next stage of growth, it is looking for an experienced Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention across its digital channels.
The Role
The Head of Growth will own the company’s marketing-led growth strategy, combining performance marketing, customer analytics, CRM and lifecycle optimisation to deliver measurable increases in customer numbers, revenue and lifetime value.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across Marketing, Product, Data, CRM and Technology, the successful candidate will develop scalable campaigns, improve the full customer funnel and establish a strong, data-driven growth culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s international growth marketing strategy.
- Lead customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliates and other digital channels.
- Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness and lead generation through registration, activation, conversion and retention.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimise performance against CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention and lifetime value.
- Develop customer segmentation, CRM and lifecycle campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
- Work with Product and Technology teams to optimise landing pages, onboarding journeys and conversion funnels.
- Establish attribution models, dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Use customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance.
- Lead testing across audiences, messaging, creative assets, channels and customer journeys.
- Ensure marketing activity is appropriate for a regulated financial-services environment.
- Build, lead and develop high-performing marketing and growth teams.
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Candidate Profile
- Significant experience leading growth or performance marketing within Fin Tech or regulated digital financial services.
- Proven success managing large-scale customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, attribution and conversion-rate optimisation.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets with clear accountability for ROI.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion, churn, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Highly analytical and experienced in using data to guide marketing investment and strategy.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Data, CRM, Creative and Technology teams.
- Strong leadership and senior stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in online trading, brokerage, investment platforms, payments, banking or wealth technology would be highly relevant.
