Due to expansion, our client is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join their growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and vibrant firm where you will get the chance to work in a part-time role over 3 days a week or during school hours.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be providing financial accounting and administrative support for the Accounts team. You will be processing invoices, liaising with customers either by email or phone, and providing administrative support to the accounts team. Join this supportive and encouraging team to really become part of a special service you are providing the business.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be:
- Processing invoices and collecting deposits
- Maintaining customer information
- Reconciling statements and invoices
- Office filing and keeping records up to date
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Responding to any calls and emails from customers
As the Accounts Assistant you will have:
- Worked in a similar role before
