We are seeking a highly versatile and proactive Multi Skilled Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment, performing electrical and mechanical tasks, and ensuring optimal maintenance of plant systems. Your expertise will help maintain smooth operations, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards across the facility. • 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple types of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and electrical diagrams to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Perform welding, mechanical repairs, electrical maintenance, and routine inspections to ensure machinery operates at peak performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safety compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of operations, maintenance activities, safety checks, and incident reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to operational needs and communicating clearly with team members and stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience operating industrial machinery with a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
• Demonstrated welding skills combined with electrical experience and mechanical knowledge.
• Background in performing maintenance tasks on complex equipment within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing teams or shifts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear instructions and documentation.
• Experience in customer service environments is advantageous, emphasizing teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
