As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for
- Act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, taking messages and routing calls.
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, cleaners, and maintenance scheduling (e. g., air conditioning, fire alarms, roller shutters).
- Keep company compliance documents, certificates, and renewals current and diarised.
- Book team accommodation for jobs requiring overnight stays.
As the Operations Coordinator you will be
