Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate workshop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Health & Safety: Prioritize health and safety, implementing and enforcing best practices to minimize risks. Financial Management: Work within budgetary constraints, monitor expenses, and maximize efficiency. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure optimal equipment performance through regular maintenance, repairs, and calibration. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing equipment issues and meeting customer needs. Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on workshop performance, including damage charges and maintenance activities. As the Workshop Manager you will have: Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of powered access equipment and small tools.
